Who are we?

Formed in 1946, Hobdens provide residential management services across the South East of England.

Hobdens is part of the Trinity Property Group who manage in excess of 110,000 homes across the UK. Trinity are one of the largest residential property management companies in England and Wales. We also have access to support from their comprehensive team in their Hertfordshire head office including Surveyors, Accountants and Legal professionals.

What we do?

We have extensive knowledge of residential property management so you can be assured your property is in good hands.

Our Clients vary from Resident Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, investor freeholders to developers both small and large. We also have expertise in managing retirement housing and industrial estates.

Hobdens are responsible for maintaining the communal space within your development. We recognise that each development has its own management plan, we offer a range of unique services to provide our customers with well-maintained developments.

By managing your service charge funds, we can ensure a quality service, which includes repairs, regular inspections, meeting with any necessary contractors and/or agencies on site and maintaining the whole property, including doors, automatic gates and fire equipment.

Credibility

Hobdens are a proud member of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) this means we are obliged to adhere to regulated standards and follow a strict code of conduct. It also means that we are audited every three years.

All of our specialist teams provide a range of unique services, in which many individuals have achieved Academic Recognition, including:

  • IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management)
  • AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians)
