The properties we manage are predominantly based between Chichester and Shoreham on the coast but we will cover all of West Sussex. They vary in size and type and we have built up an expertise in managing many different types of development, from houses converted into flats, purpose built blocks and private roads and estates.
We have a Chartered Surveyor available as well as an established panel of contractors capable of handling any eventuality. Major works that are carried out are subject to supervision to ensure that the quality of workmanship is of the highest standard.
We have in recent times installed new software, which has served to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with the provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act and The Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
In March 2003, we became members of ARMA (The Association of Residential Managing Agents) and we must abide by their Code of Practice. ARMA provide us with regular updates on legislation and issues affecting leasehold property, ensuring that we are up-to-date on these matters. Our membership does, we believe, demonstrate our commitment to professionalism.
We are also authorised by the FSA (Financial Services Authority), which enables us to handle insurance administration on behalf of our Clients.
